Navigating life’s challenges is a collective effort. Our community resources provide timely and critical support for various needs. Here’s how you can access help:
  • Hospital Emergency Services – Immediate medical care in emergencies.
  • McKinney Police Emergency Services – Dial 911 for urgent police assistance.
  • Seay Behavioral Health Center – Offers free assessment services Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 4 PM, and 24-hour emergency services through the ER. Contact at 972-981-8301.
  • University Behavioral Health – Free assessments available 24 hours a day. Call 940-320-8100.
  • Children’s Health Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic – Specializes in services for children aged 0-18, including inpatient, day treatment, and early childhood mental health services. Call 214-456-5900.
  • Life Path System’s Mobile Crisis Unit – Immediate crisis response. Call 1-877-422-5939.
  • Family Health Center at Virginia Parkway – Provides sliding scale options for clients without medical insurance. Services include medical, dental, and behavioral health. Call 214-618-5600.
  • Grant Haliburton Foundation – Mental health and addiction support. Contact the Mental Health Navigation Line at 972-525-8181, available Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM.
